Processing Time
Processing time varies for each product, however, as all products are ready to go, we are able to process within two (2) business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Within Australia, the Estimated Delivery Time is approximately two (2) weeks. Due to the current world pandemic, delivery timeframes are delayed.
International orders
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these fees as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Local Pickup
We currently offer local pickup of items in Kingaroy, QLD 4610. We will provide you the pickup address once payment has been finalised.
Payment:
Currently, we accept Credit Card payments only.
Payment details are processed using secured networks via Big Cartel. Millsie Grace does not have personal access to these details.
Missing Items:
Millsie Grace takes no responsibility for a parcel if lost through Australia Post in the postage stage. If it seems your parcel has been lost in transit, you can contact Australia Post.
Order Arrived Damaged:
If you item(s) have arrived damaged, please contact us at [email protected] or using the contact form.
Be sure to attach photos of the damaged product(s) you received, along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Without photos, we are unable to rectify the issue.
Custom Orders:
We currently do not make custom orders. However, if you have a suggestion regarding designs and colours, please send us an email at [email protected]
Non-Refundable Items:
We do not refund on products such as button earrings, due to hygienic reasons.
Order Adjustments:
Once you have placed an order, we cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.
We may be able to combine the packaging of two orders if they are to the same destination. Please contact us to inquire if this is possible
As our products contain small choking hazards, please keep out of reach of children.
Millsie Grace reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Such causes may include postage or supply issues, as well as limited stock.
Millsie Grace reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at anytime with no warning. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
